The 4276A LCZ Meter is a general purpose impedance measuring instrument designed to measure circuit components such as capacitors and inductors using frequency and dc bias conditions identical to those of the intended application. The unit features variable test frequency (100Hz to 20kHz), multiple parameters (L, C, |Z|, D, Q, ESR, G, ?) with fully automatic high speed measurements, and 4 1/2-digit resolution. It has an impedance range of 100 mohms to 10 Mohms.
